Anita Briem and Anisa Butt
Anita Briem was born in Iceland. Anita Briesm is an Icelandic performer, is best known for her role as Jane Seymour (the young woman who will later be the wife to Henry VIII) in the TV show The Tudors. Also for the role of Hannah in the 2008 movie Journey to the Center of the Earth. Her acting career started at National Theater Iceland when she was just 9 years old. In her native Iceland she worked on the television, radio, and other shows as an early actress. Briem began her career as a child actor at age 16 when she moved to London. She was a part of the adaptation of Lenin as part of Love at the New End Theater. Briem received a place at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art when she was 19-years-old. Over the next three years, she attended the academy, earning diplomas in drama and it was awarded the John Barton Prize for Scenic Fight.
